In any case where a service is booked but not used, or used but not paid for, the User shall reimburse the amounts advanced by Canary Vacations as agent.

2. Prices
The prices which appear on our website are final prices and include taxes and administration fees, except in case of typographical, administrative or technical error.
Unless otherwise stated, the currency to use is the “Euro” (€). The total amount payable for the services purchased are indicated on the booking confirmation between the parties
Prices shown on the website of Canary Vacations makes always reference to a tour / excursion / activity in particular and are shown per person, unless otherwise indicated thereon. The number of people who can participate will be indicated in the User booking and the price varies depending on the number of people participating in the tour / excursion / activity, multiplying it by the total number of people participating in the activity.
3. Privacy
Canary Vacations uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy, protecting your personal data. Except for the disclosure required by law in each jurisdiction, and your name, email address and details of your credit card information which are required to complete the booking, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose your information to our affiliates (within and outside the European Union), to our employees, to these companies and to our trusted agents and representatives, who can access this information with our authorization and who need to know it or to have access to it in order to offer our service (including customer services and internal services such as audits and legal compliance). 6. Member disagreements and disputes
In general Canary Vacations is under no obligation to arbitrate in any conflict between members/Users and other Members/Users. We may however choose to take action should we find evidence of a breach of any of our terms and conditions.
7. Credit card
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
We keep your credit card details for a maximum of 30 days after the reservation is made. After this time, your credit card information will be irretrievably deleted from our system.
8. Cancellation policy
If you want to review, modify or cancel your reservation, please consult your e-mail confirmation and follow the instructions supplied. Please note that cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the conditions laid down by the individual supplier but where this is not specified individually shall be as follows:
- Forfeiture of 100% of the payment for the reservation: If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the service. The computation of the 24 hours will commence from the prebooked time of commencement of the service reserved by the User.
- Forfeiture of 50% of the prepayment made for the reservation, if the cancellation is made 48 hours or less before the time of commencement of the service reserved by the User.
- In case of non-presentation at the appointed time and place by the User to avail himself of the service, there will be no right to refund of payment made prior to the contracted service
9. E-mails and additional correspondence
When making a reservation, you accept the reception of an email in which you will receive information about the reservation made, as well as information about the product or service contracted and other possible offers.
10. Disclaimer and Limit of liability
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions, and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages suffered, paid or contracted, which are incurred because of shortcoming/s which are attributable to our obligations in respect of our services, up to an amount not exceeding the total cost of your reservation.
The User accepts responsibility for the financial consequences arising from use of this Website . The User therefore declares that all information provided by him in order to access this Web site and during the use of same is authentic, complete and true, and commits the User to keep his information updated at all times. The User who accesses the Canary Vacations Web Portal is also responsible for compliance with the local law.
Canary Vacations makes every effort to keep its website up to date, maintained and operational, offering users this site as a tool for obtaining goods and services, however, Canary Vacations cannot guarantee the absence of glitches, total Web security (such as like viruses, bugs, Trojan horses, or any others which may be transmitted to or through our Web Portal by any third party), or that it will be operative 24 hours a day, seven days a week at all times.
